This dog was just dumped at the local shelter on the brink of death. He was paralyzed and could not even walk. You can tell he has never been loved and was very close to death. He could have just died right then at that high-kill shelter. What happens next is so beyond amazing. Its hard to describe how beautiful this is. It has touched my heart.
