Some people look for certain characteristics in a person, good phone skills, people person, pays attention to details, multi-tasking…the list goes on and on.
For this family owned Car Wash a Father did more than just look for great employees…he looked for something to give his autistic son a feeling or purpose and pride.
Today this car wash employs over 45 people, of which 38 are in the autism spectrum, and every one of them love their job, and do an absolutely awesome job at it.
In this 4:30 mini documentary, you hear from a brother, and a Father who have built a fantastic business in their area. You hear why they did it, and you also get to see how their incredible employees have not only found an awesome and purposeful job, but how they have become part of an incredible family all working together happily and skillfully.

“Lip Read Game” Watch How He Reacts When He Finds Out He’s Going to Be a GRANDFATHER
This game was created by Jimmy Fallon, and thank goodness the game went viral and this married couple heard about it.
As you can see from the image above, the 2 new expectant grandparents have headphones on and can not hear the husband and wife on the other side of the dining room channel.
The goal of the game is to get the other side to “read your lips” without being able to hear even the slightest sound from the other teams/person’s mouth.
You’ll see in the video that the expectant Grandmother figures out the clue first and must just sit and smile and wait for her husband to figure out what they are mouthing to him from the other side of the table.
I am not sure how she was able to keep her excitement at bay, but it may have something to do with how her husband just could not put the words together, over and over and over.
He was trying so hard, and you can see him starting to get more and more anxious and excited as he knew he was getting closer, but he has no idea what he was about to find out.
As soon as he does it takes him a few moments to realize that this was not just a game, but a fun and exciting way to be told…
